Good Times, Stronger Team｜Gladwin's Autumn Getaway

Time to step away from screens, put reports and KPIs aside! On the afternoon of the 23rd, all Gladwin teammates traveled to Zhuhu Town, Gaoyou for our autumn team building. We relaxed and had a great time by the lake!

Zhuhu Town looked gorgeous in autumn. Reeds swayed softly and the air felt fresh. The company prepared a nice afternoon tea with desserts and snacks to fuel us up for all the games.

We had both chill and exciting activities. Those who loved quiet fun joined the fishing contest. Gladwin has so many good anglers! They caught fish quickly, and the fish kept getting bigger. Cheers could be heard all along the shore.

Thrill lovers hopped on fun rides: the fast Jungle Flying Squirrel through trees, the popular Rainbow Slide, and the scary suspension bridge — some walked boldly, others moved slowly while holding the rail, full of laughs. We also played paintball CS in teams and tried calm archery.

Hierarchy and job roles were set aside. Everyone shook off workplace formality, teased each other and teamed up to conquer challenges. Colleagues who fight side by side in the office became playmates for the day. Laughter, cheers and shouts blended together, and all work stress melted away in the autumn wind.

As the sun went down, the fun continued. A lavish dinner was ready, paired with fine food and drinks. We sat around the table, chatting happily, sharing stories from the day and opening up to one another. These casual, warm conversations brought us closer, wrapping up this fulfilling and joyful team-building day perfectly.

Enjoy autumn scenery, relax, strengthen communication, unite as one and move forward together.This outing was more than a leisure trip — it was a chance for the Gladwin team to recharge. We collected laughter in the autumn glow and built better rapport through play. After this short break, we will carry this lighthearted spirit and enthusiasm, stay united and march forward hand in hand toward new goals!
