Gladwin Optics Guatemala Generator Conveyor Line Project Successfully Completed

In November 2024, Gladwin Optics and Topex reached a strategic cooperation agreement. To address the client's needs for space optimization and production capacity enhancement in their generator workshop, our company initiated a customized conveyor line R&D project. Through in-depth research by a professional team and close collaboration between sales and R&D departments, we finalized the design of the entire intelligent conveyor line system based on the actual site dimensions and production process characteristics.

This innovative solution incorporates an intelligent distribution system that monitors the operational status of each generator in real-time. Utilizing parallel steering technology, it achieves automated scheduling of transfer job trays, significantly improving equipment utilization and production efficiency. After finalizing the project plan, our company strictly controlled procurement and production timelines, overcame international logistics challenges, and safely delivered the complete set of equipment to the client's site via sea freight.

Currently, the conveyor line system and accompanying destacking equipment have been successfully installed, debugged, and put into stable operation. Actual production data confirms that all performance metrics meet or exceed expectations, delivering remarkable benefits for Topex, including a 35% increase in production capacity and a 40% improvement in space utilization.
