This equipment separates lens, block-piece, and alloy using hot water, After deblocking, the lenses are directly brought back to the tray while the block pieces and the alloy are prepared for immediate reuse.Blocking chucks can easily be stacked automatically. It is the perfect solution for all labs manufacturing requirements.

Blocked lenses are simultaneously transferred from the tray and cleanly separates the lens from the alloy，then Lenses are transferred back to the lens tray.
